REFUND POLICY

At SociallyRise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy as follows:

Monthly Subscription Plan

If you have subscribed to our monthly plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments already made, but your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle.

Annual Subscription Plan

If you have subscribed to our annual plan, you may cancel your subscription within the first 30 days of the subscription start date for a full refund. After 30 days, we do not offer refunds for annual subscription payments already made. Your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where a refund may be requested after the 30-day period for annual subscription plans. In such cases, we will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a refund is appropriate.
