1. No Refunds for Completed Services

Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made for services provided by SociallyRise are non-refundable once the service has been delivered, accessed, or utilized in any manner.

2. Subscription & Digital Products

  • Once a subscription or digital product has been purchased and activated, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained.
  • It is the user’s responsibility to review the service details before making a purchase.

3. Refund Eligibility (Strictly Limited Cases)

Refunds will only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

  • If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical issue, we will review and process a refund after verifying the transaction.
  • If the service is not initiated within 15 business days of purchase due to an error on our end, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

4. Refund Request Process

  • Any refund request must be submitted in writing to support@sociallyrise.com within 48 hours of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback or dispute without prior communication may result in account suspension or a permanent ban from our platform. We encourage users to contact our support team first to resolve any concerns.
